Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Please note that all orders are fulfilled by hand either in house or through artisanal partnership. Rii Ahmrii Studios embraces a slow and circular creation approach to ensure quality and ethical products. Slow fashion is intentional, holistic, and an argument against excessive production and mindless consumption.
For custom orders please allow up to 4 weeks for fulfillment, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping time depends on
your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Domestic Orders: Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for production and shipping time for general orders. You’ll get an email from us immediately when your order ships, with tracking information. This timeframe excludes custom orders.

International: Please allow us 1 -4 weeks for production and shipping of general orders. However, actual delivery times will vary depending on your location, your items ordered, and your country's custom regulations. You’ll get an email from us immediately when your order ships, with tracking information. Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. This timeframe excludes pre-orders. No refunds will be given to packages returned to us due to unpaid customer fees.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Please check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Ask your local post office if they have your package.
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, please contact your local USPS and file a claim for a missing/lost item.

Ahmrii Lorraine has no responsibility or control over misdelivered packages. Ahmrii Lorraine cannot reimburse or reship orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from the property.

Replacement orders will only be sent if orders are delivered in distressed conditions and a request is sent through our form within 30 days of delivery with attached photos of the product.
The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!
Product Care
Original Artwork
We seal all of Rii Ahmrii Originals with an acrylic fixative spray to ensure the best preservation. It's recommended to mat and frame pieces done on paper since they are more sensitive to their environment.
Fine Art Prints
Our prints are designed to last years. However, here are some precautions to further the longevity of your print and keep it in its best shape:
Extreme humidity can cause mold and mold causes discoloration of your print. We encourage you to not place your print near a stove, shower, or sink.
Press On Nails
Safe Removal: For the best results soak all nails in an acetone-based nail polish remover, Soak until the glue breaks down and the nails become loose enough to effortlessly pull them off or until they fall off on their own. This method works for press-on nails that you have to glue on yourself and the ones that have the adhesive already on them. Please be patient so to not accidentally strip off layers of your original nails.
'As I Land' Custom Garments
Our popular 'As I Land' garments are currently the epitome of slow fashion and zero waste under Rii Ahmrii Studios' encouragement of wellness through holistic sustainability. Each product is custom, one of a kind, and handmade using scrap fabrics and recycled materials.
- For best results during laundry it is highly recommended to follow any of these steps:
- hand wash with cold water
- machine wash on cold
- use light detergents
- do not use bleach
- do not dry clean
- dry on low settings
- steam rather than iron
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
It is rare but unavoidable that the occasional order is damaged in the shipping process. In that case, we will immediately send you a replacement order with no additional charges. Please send us an e-mail with the name used in the order, the order number, and a picture and/or video of the package. This is valid within 30 days of your order being shipped.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
At this time, we don't offer exchanges.

For custom clothing orders we require accurate size measurements which are listed in the product description. Our print sizes are also detailed in each product description with sizing examples.
